1. Registration Fee ：
- Registration fees are offered in two types: "Opening Ceremony Included " and " Opening Ceremony Excluded". Please select according to your preference.
- Fees are divided into three phases based on the registration date:
 - Super Early Bird: December 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027
 - Early Bird: March 1, 2027 – April 30, 2027
 - Standard: May 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027
- Please note that all fees and charges displayed on website are in CNY. For users making payments in currencies other than CNY, the final settlement amount will be subject to the actual exchange rate applied by your card-issuing bank or payment platform.

2. Identity Verification Requirements
- Student: Valid proof of current enrollment or a scanned student ID along with a valid personal identification document (e.g., ID card, passport) must be provided.
- Academic: Valid proof of affiliation with a university or research institution (e.g., employment certificate or academic title verification) along with a valid personal identification document (e.g., ID card, passport) is required.
- Additional Verification: The Organizer reserves the right to request supplementary supporting documents if the submitted materials are deemed insufficient or questionable.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Any changes or cancellations must be requested in writing via email to registration@ascs2027.com.
- Cancellation fees are applied as follows:
 - By February 28, 2027: Refund subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
 - March 1 – April 25, 2027: 50% of the registration fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 - From April 26, 2027: No refund will be issued.

4. Conference Credentials
- Conference credentials will be distributed via email within 7 days prior to the opening of the event. Please check your inbox and retain them securely.

5. Additional Information
- Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation expenses.
- The Organizer holds the final authority regarding the interpretation and adjustment of the relevant terms and condition.
