▪Poster Display and Presentation
>The conference organizer is responsible for printing posters.Therefore, please ensure to submit your poster in PDF format on or before May 20, 2027. Any late submission will be deemed as not participating in the poster presentation.
> Posters will be displayed for the entire conference and authors will be notified of the time and location of their display in advance.
> Authors will be asked to present their poster during dedicated session times (which will be provided prior to the conference), and should be prepared to discuss their research and answer questions. It’s the responsibility of the author to attend their session time so that the award committee can complete its scoring.

> Company or university logos are permitted only on the last slide of the power point Podium presentation, as indicated in the template. First slide of podium presentation should indicate the title of the presentation, authors with affiliations and presenters according to the provided template, no logo is permitted on any slide beyond the final slide.
> Only logos representing the authors' primary affiliations are permitted. Under no circumstances are logos for professional associations or organizations allowed, even if the authors' affiliations are part of them
> Podium presentation only conducted in English.
